    Freedom of Information Bill Heard in the Senate

    Secretary Ramon Carandang and Undersecretary Manuel Quezon III of the Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office attended the hearing on the Freedom of Information (FOI) bill Thursday. This was taken by FOI author Senator Alan Peter Cayetano as Malacanang’s willingness to work with Congress to pass the bill despite the low priority that the bill received in the past.
