How Are Your Sleep Habits?

What's your average amount of sleep?

How many times do you wake up during the night?

Let's say its about half an hour before you go to sleep, what are you usually doing?

What's your bed time schedule?

How often do you nap?

Do you eat food close to your bedtime?

How often do you exercise?

What does your bedroom look like when you're about to go to sleep?

What's your bedroom temperature like?

How long does it usually take for you to fall asleep?

Do you usually spend a lot of time in your bedroom?

Congratulations, your sleeping habits are absolutely fine! It's important to get adequate amounts of sleep every day and to avoid napping in order to maintain your sleeping schedule. Keep up your sleeping habits!

You definitely have some work to do to improve your existing sleeping habits! Try to avoid your caffeine intake a few hours prior to your bedtime, stay away from TV and electronic devices, exercise regularly, and try to create a consistent sleeping schedule. You can do this!
