I look forward to getting to know Him more and experiencing His unfolding plan for me. Without Him, I am nothing. I have a cat with a myriad of nicknames: DeeDee, Bappy, Boppy, Precious, Loo, Shoo, Chewse, Presh, Tess. Her real name is Perdita, but no one ever calls her that. She likes melty cheese and so do I. I like to wikipedia things. I read about the chemistry of prescription drugs, indie bands, disease pathologies, historic events, and other random things. I HATE Twilight. Just so there's no misunderstanding... I'm interested in health; probiotics, supplements, yoga, walking. However, I am not fanatical; that gets on my nerves. I think everything is better in Britain because a.) they use cool words like "cheeky" and "rubbish" b.) they have a great accent c.) the music is deeper d.) C.S. LEWIS!! e.) Jeeves and Wooster, Winnie the Pooh, Agatha Christi, etc. f.) old, possibly haunted, bookshops, g.) interesting alternative terms such as "plaster" for a band-aid and "flat" for an apartment, h.) old world charm. Ok, so they drink too much, but other than that... I love music. Particularly thought provoking pop, bluesy rock, folk, ambient indie, techno with a throbbing beat and good melody. Anything that blends interesting or unexpected combinations of styles/instruments catches my ear as well. Reading is wonderful. I enjoy classic literature and works of non-fiction on a variety of subjects. I want to study French and Latin, and maybe German. Guess what -- I am not a robot.
