Hello, Oreo lovers! If you are a ~true fan~ (or if you've ever been on the internet), you know that the beloved cookie company is constantly releasing limited edition flavors, like Cinnamon Bun and Red Velvet Oreos.
And now, a new flavor MIGHT hit shelves next year, and it's called JELLY DONUT.
The catch is that the flavor isn't actually for sale yet, and the only way you'll get to try it is by voting here.
Oreo and Walmart are teaming up to bring a permanent flavor to shelves next year. You can vote in-store or online, and the options are to bring back either Caramel Apple or Cookies & Creme, OR introduce Jelly Donut.
ANYWAY, because BuzzFeed is dedicated to reporting very important Oreo flavor updates, we got an ~exclusive~ first taste! Oreo literally had to hand-make these for us because they don't technically exist. It even came in some weird space food packaging.
So here's Taylor, Lauren, and Dave, our loyal and brave taste-testers, who kindly volunteered to try these Jelly Donut-flavored Oreos.
Lauren was up first, and her reaction was, "It's good."
Taylor took a bite and more or less had the same reaction.
Dave went for a "vertical taste test" because he is a monster in human form.
And he also agreed that the Jelly Donut Oreo is actually delicious and does in fact resemble the taste of a jelly donut.
So, what flavor does the trio prefer to see on shelves next year?
Dave: I love new experiences and change is good because it moves us together as a society and makes us all better. Let's bring something to the shelves the people have never had — a fake jelly donut. VIVA LA JELLY.
Taylor: I would prefer the Jelly Donut Oreo on shelves. It was v. good and tasted exactly like it's supposed to.
Lauren: Although I — the first human on earth to taste the Jelly Donut-flavored Oreo — enjoyed what I tasted, I would have to choose the Cookies & Creme Oreo, because two Oreos in one sounds like a real winner. Thank you, god bless.
