During a performance Sunday at HP Pavilion in San Jose, the singer yelled to the crowd, "What's up, Sacramento!?" A video posted on YouTube includes some chuckling by those in the crowd. But Spears didn't miss a beat. "How you guys feeling tonight?" she added. Spears appeared at Arco Arena in Sacramento on Saturday. Spears is set to perform April 22 at Oracle Arena in Oakland.
