Teigen pulled off four wardrobe changes throughout the night, rocking a Balmain pantsuit down the red carpet before changing into a red gown to start the show. Teigen's glamorous looks reminded us all why John Legend was the luckiest man in the room.

I mean, let's be real here. How are Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris not the cutest couple in Hollywood right now? The pair could barely take their hands off each other, embracing in a big hug every time Taylor got called up to collect another golden microphone (which, for the record, was a lot). There were many moving tributes throughout the night, including a collaborative performance by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth to remember Paul Walker. Ben E. King and B.B. King were amongst other artists remembered, a glowing blue guitar illuminated in silence before a commercial break to remember the latter.

Sam Smith's Heartfelt Acceptance "Speech"

Upon winning Best Male Artist, Sam Smith, who just underwent vocal cord surgery, gave an adorable acceptance speech where he actually did none of the talking. After the thanking the fans, he showed love for both Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj and even told Ed Sheeran he bought him a dance at Chippendales! Get better soon, Sam!

Bloodstream

Armed with only a guitar, a loop pedal, and a kick-ass reflective light system, Ed Sheeran's performance was one of the most memorable moments of the night. The British singer-songwriter sang his new single "Bloodstream" in a passionate, raucous demeanor not unlike his performance at the Brit Awards months ago.

30 Years Later

In a tribute to the 30th Anniversary of "The Breakfast Club", Simple Minds put on an unforgettable performance to "Don't You Forget About Me". Introduced by Molly Ringwald, who portrayed Claire Standish in the 1985 classic, Simple Minds brought the house down singing the timeless tune which got everyone up out of their seats and singing along. Where was Molly Ringwald herself? Well, dancing next to her new BFF, Taylor Swift.
