According to one source, BMW will invest around $1 billion in Santa Catarina. This new factory will boost the Brazilian economy, and create around 1,500 jobs. This plant will manufacture the 1 Series, 3 Series, and the X1 Sports Activity Vehicle. More details concerning this new plant will be announced on Wednesday.
