Dominique Strauss-Kahn Sues Accuser For $1 Million

Strauss-Kahn is suing Nafissatou Diallo, the Manhattan hotel maid who accused him of sexual assault last year, for "malicious prosecution, abuse of process, false imprisonment, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress." His lawyers are seeking at least $1 million in damages. Diallo's lawyer says, "One year to the day of his brutal sexual assault of Ms. Diallo, this is yet another example that personifies Strauss- Kahn’s misogynistic attitude.”
