1. Dead Alive/Braindead (1992)
A rabid monkey bites a woman, which starts a zombie shitstorm. GREAT. Roger Ebert himself has called this "one of the most disgusting horror films ever made."

2. Cabin Fever (2002)
A bunch of college friends rent a cabin in a forest, and each starts slowly suffering from a flesh-eating virus. F THAT.
3. ABCs of Death (2012)
Each letter of the alphabet is represented in this movie, which is made up of 26 different short films about death. Each short was directed by a different person, and each will make you gag — from dogfights to someone dying of an orgasm. NO.
4. I Spit on Your Grave (1978)
If you're looking for gore, this is an A+ choice. If you're looking for a quality movie, go elsewhere — this has been referred to as a "vile bag of garbage" that'll make you feel "unclean." So, there's that.
5. Evil Dead (2013)
Rarely are horror remakes worth seeing, but this is an exception — Evil Dead is a glorious example of gore with a purpose. It'll leave you intensely interested while also wanting to vomit. NICE.
6. House of 1000 Corpses (2003)
A family's car breaks down after they pick up a hitchhiker, so the hitchhiker offers to take them back to her home. The sweet lil' vacationers quickly realize they made a mistake when her family starts ATTACKING AND MURDERING EVERYONE. COOL.
7. Inside (2007)
A woman breaks into a pregnant lady's home because she wants to rip out the pregnant woman's unborn baby. That's just wrong.
8. Ichi the Killer (2001)
Based on a manga of the same name, this movie is SICKENING: A man is hanged from hooks through his skin. Ichi pulls off a man’s cheeks. There isn’t a single scene in the film that isn't insanely bloody. Good luck.
9. Martyrs (2008)
Years after a goddamn horrifying experience of physical torture, two women go on a journey for revenge, and shit gets bloody, folks.
10. Excision (2012)
An extremely delusional high school student constantly has visions of herself and others being mutilated. The most uncomfortable part, though, is that she enjoys these dreams, and finds them sexually satisfying.
11. Human Centipede (First Sequence) (2009)
The plot of this one is very, VERY difficult to stomach: A surgeon kidnaps tourists and sews them together, mouth-to-anus. Rotten Tomatoes says the "gross-outs overwhelm and devalue everything else." WHO EVEN COMES UP WITH THIS?
13. Hostel (2005)
If you've ever been slightly scared of traveling, DON'T WATCH THIS. The gore in Hostel is not only horrifying, it's also realistic, which makes it worse.
