People Are Using The Hashtag #WhatYouDontSee To Show What Depression Is Really Like

People on Twitter have been using the hashtag #WhatYouDontSee to shed light on the lesser-known parts of struggling with depression.

Blurt, an organization dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding of depression, launched the campaign Monday, asking people to use the hashtag to share their experiences.

These are just some of the many reminders that you can never tell exactly what someone is going through — and that even on the worst days, you're not alone in your suffering.

There are so many more people sharing their experiences, so check out the hashtag for them all.
