What Would You Tell Your Anxiety If You Could Write It A Letter?

Dear anxiety, FIRST OF ALL, HOW DARE YOU?

Everyone experiences anxiety differently, but no matter the form, it freaking sucks.

There are mental and physical symptoms, and they can both impact how you think, feel, and live.

So we want to know: If you could write your anxiety a letter, what would you say?

Would you tell it about all the plans with friends and family you've missed thanks to its interference?

Or would you beg it to please chill the fuck out at least one day a week so you can enjoy some peace and quiet?

Would you tell it all about how you've succeeded despite its best efforts to drag you down?

Or would you maybe want to apologize for drinking so much coffee even though you KNOW it always makes it worse.

Whether you're feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, drained and tired, empowered and resilient, or something else entirely, we want to hear about it.
