Most college campuses offer a certain number of free* therapy sessions, as well as educational classes and groups about mental health, among other resources.

*I mean, yeah, you're still paying tuition, but GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH.

EVERYONE CAN BENEFIT FROM THERAPY, especially in college when you're probably going to be overwhelmed in ways you didn't even know you could be overwhelmed.

Obviously, college is great for so many reasons, but it's also a time when you're suddenly responsible for sleeping well, eating right, staying up on your classes, making friends, and MAKING SURE YOUR LIFE DOESN'T IMPLODE.

Seriously, counseling can teach you ways to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, and all the things that college might unceremoniously usher into your life.
