There's no easy way to say this: Piper smells. Once she gets going, there's no stopping the BO and let's be real — you have a hard enough time catching your breath when you're trying to do this whole WORKING OUT THING without gagging every time you inhale.

Ugh. Dylan seems to have a hard time grasping that his clients are here to work out, not get picked up. Skip him unless you want to be asked out every other rep. And to have your form unnecessarily corrected whenever he's feeling handsy. Fucking Dylan.

Don't let her smile fool you. Beneath that friendly façade is a lean, mean training machine who will PUSH PUSH PUSH you until you want to pass out. Stronger humans than you haven't been able to make it through a session with her without crying. Let's just say she likes to yell.

Sorry — Ted is just too hot for his own good. Even if YOU don't get distracted during your workout by his blinding smile and glistening biceps, he surely will whenever he passes a mirror and neither of you will get shit done.

You'll like Amanda at first. She's a skilled trainer, patient, encouraging... but after you make it through that first session with her, she'll start opening up. A lot. Pretty soon you won't be able to go to the gym without her holding up your workout with a long-winded story of her latest trip, dream, fight with her girlfriend, visit to her energist, meal, bowel movement, EVERYTHING. And then you will go CRAZY.

Ronny is pretty much what dreams are made of when it comes to trainers — he doesn't mind if you skip sessions, he encourages you to treat yourself, he lets you take a break whenever you start feeling a little tired. Who knew working out was this easy?! Oh, right. It's not, at least if you want to make ANY progress.

You'd think energy and enthusiasm in a trainer would be a good thing and it is! That is, unless it's Marshall. You can do no wrong with Marshall. Every rep you do is worth applause! Every stride a magnificent show of athleticism! Every bead of sweat makes you more beautiful! To quote Phoebe Buffay, he's like Santa Claus...on Prozac...GETTING LAID.

Gabby's a rockstar. She's not about to try to convince you that exercising doesn't suck sometimes, because she'll be the first to tell you that she used to HATE it. But that was before she realized that in order to sustain a workout routine, you have to find something you actually ENJOY. She'll work with you to find something that feels less like a responsibility and more like something you could see becoming an enjoyable staple in your life. Next thing you know, you won't need her to motivate you to get to the gym.

Good choice!

You hit the jackpot with Darren, who is literal sunshine in the shape of a man. With a winning combination of his encouraging (and heart-melting) smile, his genuine desire to see you succeed, and his warm-if-slightly-inappropriate sense of humor, you'll find yourself wondering if you're training with a reincarnation of The Rock.
