    Unashamedly crying on my morning commute to the office is my bread and butter. I just can't help it. And while you might be helping yourself to a bacon and egg roll or your overnight oats for brekkie, I'm having a hearty helping of Bluey clips with a side of tears (and maybe a breakfast wrap).

    I know, I know. It sounds delicious.

    It might be a kids show, but Australian creator, Joe Brumm, has approached big topics like infertility, adult relationships and bullying in a way that hits home for many adults too.

    Bluey is the show we wish we had growing up and, in more ways than one, it's helping some of us heal our inner child. 

    Bingo and Bluey are emotional intelligence goals. Watching them work out their big feelings with such understanding and depth makes me feel so fragile.
