"Die Hard" Now Has A Remixed Trailer That Proves It's A Christmas Movie

    All we needed was a little trailer remix to settle this debate.

    You may have heard the age-old debate that pops up every year right around this time: Is Die Hard a Christmas movie?

    Some argue that since it takes place during Christmas (at the Nakatomi holiday party, no less!), features multiple references to the season, and even has some Christmas music, it's definitely a Christmas movie. Others say it's just an action movie that happens to take place around Christmas.

    For the record, I'm firmly in the "Die Hard is a Christmas movie" camp, and now this trailer remix from 20th Century Fox proves it.

    The trailer hilariously takes all the Christmas-themed bits from the movie and adds some new voice-over narration to really sell the idea.

    If that doesn't convince you, 20th Century Fox is releasing a 30th anniversary Die Hard Blu-Ray, complete with an "ugly Christmas sweater" box cover.
