It's wedding day for your client Olivia! You've been working with her for six months and she's having a huge, traditional American wedding. What's the first thing you do to start off your work day?

Your phone rings. It's the mother of the bride wanting to make a last minute change to the seating chart because one of her colleagues is in town. What do you tell her?

It's 10:30 a.m. and the florist is now telling you that his assistant messed up the bridal bouquet, but he can rapidly try and make another from a set style. You know Olivia loves roses and that she wants something elegant and classy. Which option do you choose?

You're dressed and ready to head over to Olivia's house when a different client, Molly, calls with a question about her wedding in four months. Do you...

Ok, it's 11 a.m. Olivia's wedding starts at 4 p.m. You're on the way to her house when the caterer informs you they can't provide as many gluten-free appetizer options as originally promised. What do you do?

Alrighty, it's wedding time! Everyone is seated and the ceremony is about to begin when — gasp! Olivia's ripped part of her veil! How do you handle this?

Congrats! You've almost made it to the wedding reception, but the bakery calls to say they dropped the cake. They offer to replace it with an existing cake in their shop. Knowing that Olivia loves floral arrangements and wanted an elegant, vanilla cake — which one do you choose?

The reception is in full swing and your job is almost over. There's just one last agenda item: speeches. The best man is stuck in traffic and was supposed to give the first speech. What do you do?

Brides who have hired you to help with their wedding want to know that you will have their back and address their concerns seriously. Even if you didn't have time to talk to Molly, you should have assured her that you would return her call ASAP.

Molly fired you because you made her feel unimportant!

Olivia was extremely nervous on her wedding day and your nonchalant attitude and failure to address her needs only made it worse.

Olivia fired you because you tried to skirt around your job responsibilities!

Congratulations! Your client is ecstatic at the success of her wedding and everyone seems to be thoroughly enjoying themselves.

You did it! You made it through the entire wedding and fixed every problem that arose!

Not only did Olivia specifically request an elegant, vanilla cake, but knowing the size of her wedding and her sense of style, you should have known this cake wouldn't cut it.

You picked the wrong cake! 

Olivia's mom called you about the seating chart update in the hope that you could work a miracle. But since you didn't even attempt to find a solution and basically tried to write off her request, she now thinks you're the worst wedding planner in town and plans to leave a nasty review.

You pissed off the mother of the bride!

Olivia had specifically requested an elegant, VANILLA cake and you picked one that was not only the wrong look, but also not big enough to feed all of her guests.

You picked the wrong cake and Olivia is infuriated!

Telling a client who you know cares very much about her veil that there's no point in wearing one anyway is definitely the wrong move. Your job is to fix crises and comfort your client, and you did the exact opposite.

You failed because Olivia has dreamt of wearing a veil since she was a little girl.

Rather than trying to find a solution to the problem, you just ignored it and moved on.

You disappointed your client! 

This doesn't at all match what Olivia had envisioned for her bridal bouquet. Next time, try to keep in mind what your client wants.

You picked the wrong bouquet!

Yikes! It's not a great look for you to show up late to your client's dress rehearsal because you were too busy arguing with the caterer. 

You had it out with the caterer and now you've missed Olivia's last dress rehearsal!
