Delhi's Deputy CM Manish Sisodia recently paid a surprise visit to a government hospital where he found an employee watching a movie while a queue of people waited outside.
Sisodia fired the employee after having a word with his supervisor.
BUT the dude's face when he realises he's been caught should be framed because it's goddamn priceless.
He goes from "Who is this person interrupting my viewing" to "Well, I'm fucked" pretty damn fast.
