It's also got two deluxe heated pools, six restaurants and lounges, and is located right on St. Pete Beach if you need a break from the pool.

Every aspect of the hotel is so well thought-out; the decor and design, service, food and bar options, room amenities. I noted in our reservation that we were celebrating joint birthdays, and upon check-in they had already assigned us an upgraded atelier room on a higher floor. The staff paid attention to details like we have never experienced, and they did it without being cloying or superficial. The two-acre NALU Adventure Pool also has the longest resort waterslide in all of Hawaii and suddenly the Splish Splash amusement park from my youth seems small.

We were traveling with our three kids (ages 3, 5,, and 8) and this was the prefect spot for our holiday. The kids loved the heated pool and the arcade, as well as the birds who live at the resort.
