19 Weird Things That Happened On Nickelodeon Shows That Were Never Addressed

I love these shows with all my heart, but my questions are pressing and they demand answers.

As much as I loved a good Disney Channel sitcom back in the day, I must admit that I was more of a Nickelodeon girl. Their iconic sitcom lineup was really the highlight of my week, so it's with a heavy heart that I have to point out the following things that just never made any damn sense to me.

    1. In iCarly, Carly and Sam never talked about the fact that they both dated Freddie, even though their respective relationships with him were major plot points.

    2. On a similar note, the love triangle in Victorious never got any resolution either.

    3. What the heck happened to Moody's mom after she flew off in that hot-air balloon in the "Moody's Point" sketch on The Amanda Show?

    4. In Victorious, Tori was always treated like the talented one, when Cat, Jade, and André were right there.

    5. There was a roommate who was written off Zoey 101 and we never heard from her again, even though Zoey said she'd be back soon.

    6. How did Tori's "Louise" disguise fool anyone when she showed up to sing "Freak the Freak Out" in Victorious?

This is one of the most iconic scenes in the show, but as an adult I have to laugh at Victoria Justice's hat and wig, and the prosthetic nose that looked like it was about to fall off any second. And the TEETH, my goodness.

    7. How did Spencer and Carly live? They had a super nice apartment and Spencer could not possibly have made enough to support them as an artist.

    8. In Drake and Josh, it never made any sense why Josh's boss Helen hated him so much.

    9. Let me preface this by saying that Jade is a beautiful badass. With that said, some of the stuff she did to Tori was awful and she should have absolutely gotten in trouble for it.

    10. In iCarly, the entire "Messin' with Lewbert" segment of the web show was an exercise in cruelty and those kids were just being mean.

    11. James Maslow was clearly the best singer of the group in Big Time Rush, so you can miss me with that nonsense that Gustavo only signed the whole band because of Kendall.

    12. Drake and Josh never explained how Megan could afford her many elaborate pranks on her brothers.

    13. Freddie and his random bursts of Spanish, which were almost explained in the series finale, never got any sort of closure.

Throughout iCarly, Freddie Benson would occasionally start speaking in Spanish with no explanation. I appreciate that the show was about to explain it us, but the fact that they didn't means that it still belongs on this list. WHAT DID IT MEAN???

    14. There is literally no reason why Trina Vega was allowed to attend Hollywood Arts in Victorious.

    15. Pacific Coast Academy had a nicer campus than most colleges I've seen. How much did it cost to go there? Because there is no way that was a public school.

    16. Robbie from Victorious was a ventriloquist, but as far as we saw, Hollywood Arts did not have ventriloquy classes — which begs the question: Why was he there?

    17. On that note, Hollywood Arts is a performing arts high school, yet we never saw the students taking regular subjects like English and math.

    18. I know we were all happy when Ned and Moze started dating at the end of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, but you have to admit Ned did Suzie Crabgrass dirty.

    19. Finally, we need to talk about how the crossovers between these shows made no sense. Were they all part of the same universe, or nah???

If you were able to follow all that, good for you. Now please explain it to me.
