My Mom has been there for me and my twin brother since we were 11 months old and adopted us when we were 5, but I have an uncanny resemblance to her and you would never know she adopted me.
My family wouldn't be complete without her.
My mom likes to open church windows and hang napkins from them so we won't get lost in courtyards.
She is also one of the best attorneys in the nation. Yes, she has a plaque to prove it.
My favorite thing to do with her is to get pedicures and ice cream.
We also like to swim.
And even though sometimes staying up till midnight will leave her crashing on the couch the next day,...
...she's still the best mama ever and the greatest role model in the world.
So Happy Mother's Day to this amazing Mama of five chickens.
