10 Reasons Why You Should Join Phi Sigma Pi At UD

Why join Phi Sigma Pi? The Alpha Eta Chapter at the University of Delaware will tell you why... (Thanks to PSP at SJU for the idea!)

    1. We Are Non-Discriminatory

We take 'em all: bookworms, jocks, RA's... And we assure introverts turn into extroverts. #nojudgementshere

    2. We're The Best Kind of Cheap

We have the lowest dues for Greek Life on campus. Enough said.

    3. We're Newly Gender Inclusive (instead of co-ed)

You can literally be whoever and whatever you want and we'll welcome you with open arms and pizza.

    4. You WILL meet your best friend.

Ask any Brother, their best friend is within Phi Sigma Pi. It's a 100% guarantee. You just can't beat those odds.

    5. Our Awesome Chapter Meetings.

We hold Chapter every other Sunday and you will have a countdown on your phone (if you're that kind of person). It's a night where Brothers get together to talk about everything and anything in order to make Alpha Eta a proud chapter of Phi Sigma Pi. And you get cool prizes so that's pretty sweet. Want to head to Applebees after? There's always a crowd headed over after Chapter. Best Sundays ever.

    6. We are grounded by 3 simple ideals.

Scholarship, leadership, and fellowship are what we eat, sleep, and breathe. We hold events such as Hope Bowl as well as Kick The Silence for our Philanthropies as well as bring in some serious game to UDance every year!

    7. We all have 3.0's or above (and we still know how to have fun).

We have formals and social events such as movie nights and that leads us to...

    8. We actually love hanging out with each other.

I don't know what it is, but you are just friends with everyone. Brothers are with Brothers constantly because they genuinely do not want to be anywhere else.

    9. Your Mom would approve. No, but really.

We're a National Honor Fraternity... She has to.

    10. We're pretty too.

Don't believe it? Come to our Information Sessions on September 4th in Perkins, September 9th in Independence Hall, and September 11th on the Green to see for yourself! And then we'll see you at Recruitment on September 18th in Perkins!
