    Why? Because there is now a road trip that follows 70-degree weather all around the country.

    Brian Brettschneider, PhD climatologist and the creator of Brian B's Climate Blog, consulted the U.S. climate almanac to design the trip. "The almanac is as accurate as anything there is," Brettschneider tells BuzzFeed Life.

    The epic road trip starts on January 1 in sunny Texas.

    Start in southern Texas and drive up to Laredo by February 1. On March 1, get your ass on over to San Antonio.

    After your Texas tour, drive on over to the Oklahoma border for April 1.

    It's still 70 degrees...and it's not an April Fools joke!

    And wind up in D.C. by the end of the month.

    So pretty. So totally 70 degrees.

    Then, travel through Pittsburgh and Chicago through the month of May.

    And end up in northern Wisconsin on June 1st.

    Next leg: Hug the northern states, drive through central Wyoming, and then relax near Denver, Colorado.

    And spend the next two months exploring the Colorado ~high~ country.

    When September arrives, hit South Dakota and Nebraska.

    In October, rack up some miles with a drive through Kansas City and Tulsa, ending at the Texas/New Mexico state line.

    For the month of November, make your way from Las Cruces, New Mexico, to Arizona—then on to Las Vegas and L.A.

    To finish off your 70-degree stunt: Chill in San Diego, California for the month of December and DGAF.
