Whenever you think of a cushy job with great benefits, health insurance, a 401K plan, and a six-figure paycheck, you don't exactly think of a fast food chain, right?

Well, think again! It turns out In-N-Out pays their managers an average of $160,000 a year!

The company recently told the California Sun they pay their managers triple of what they earn on average in the fast food industry.

Thrillist did a little research and discovered a manager at any given In-N-Out makes more than what an average architect or pharmacist makes.

Architects earn an average of $76,930, while pharmacists bring in about $122,230 a year.

Get this: You don't need a college education, and managers are only responsible for overseeing a single location.

In-N-Out told KTVU managers' responsibilities include ensuring that quality, service, and cleanliness meet their high standards. They also hire, train, and develop their team, and "are responsible for creating and maintaining an enthusiastic and positive working environment." Easy enough, right?

I mean, someone has to make sure their burgers and fries are always fresh AF, that the consistency of their shakes is perfect, and that you can get the food in your mouth as soon as possible.
