A California Teen Found A Purse With $10K And Totally Did The Right Thing

    Great karma ahead.

Can you imagine being out in public minding your own business when you stumble upon a bag full of wads and wads of cash, like in the movies?

Well, that’s exactly what happened to Rhami Zeini when he was driving home from high school in Santa Barbara, California.

    It was a whopping $10,000!

Police were so impressed with the teen's honesty that they shared his honorable actions in this Facebook post.

Rhami simply told KCOY in Santa Barbara, “I figured this is the right thing to do. If the roles were reversed and I had lost something with a significant sum of money inside, I know I would want it back for sure."

People are obviously falling in love with this great news story.

@CNN Good for him. Not many people do the right thing these days.

It was a wonderful example of someone doing the right thing when it was so easy to just take the money and run.

@CNN When a person does something wonderful, as this young man did. Sets an example of what we all are instinctively. We shouldn't question why. We should embrace it for what it is. The soul of humanity is within us and messages like this helps the world pause and take notice.

The rightful owner of the purse, who thinks she put it on top of her car before driving away, gave Rhami $100 for his incredible show of honesty.
