We Have Tried A *Lot* Of Hair Products — Here Are Our 8 Favourite Hair Oils Of All Time

Not gonna lie, my hair feels *real* good right now.

Hello, baby gorgeouses! Winter weather is almost here, and what does that mean? My worst nightmare, of course: dry hair. We tested out eight hair oils with rave reviews to find our holy grails before the going gets tough, and I'm here to present you with our findings.

1. Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil that'll help repair your dry, damaged locks and bless your mane with some serious moisture. You can also mix it into your go-to hair mask or use it as an overnight treatment when your tresses are in need of some serious TLC.

The Honey Infused Hair Oil (it's amazingggggg post styling to add some shine back to your hair), and the Honey Infused Hair Mask (a godsend for anyone with superrrr thick hair). 2. Verb Ghost Oil that's infused with bamboo extract, moringa seed oil, and argan oil to strengthen your locks and minimize frizz. It's thicker than most hair oils I've tried and delivers some seriously hydrating results with just a few pumps.

When I bleached my hair, it was completely busted. It broke every time I brushed it and basically looked like one of those tumbleweeds you see in an old western movie every time I blowdried it — until I found this, that is. It's thicker than most oils (a bit lighter than the consistency of gel) and combs through hair like a dream.

3. Olaplex No. 7 Bonding Oil that gets serious praise from reviewers for how lightweight it is. It'll also help protect your hair from heat damage if you're in a serious love affair with your flat iron.

4. Mane Club Voodoo Oil if you're looking for a more budget-friendly option (it's under $15!). It works actual miracles on flyaways and won't weigh your hair down, so you can actually maintain some volume.

This oil is more affordable than the ones I usually get, but does *almost* as great a job as luxury alternatives. It also keeps my frizzies and flyaways under control, but doesn't leave my tresses feeling or looking greasy (essential, since I have very fine hair and a ton of products weigh it down and leave me looking like Argus Filch).

5. Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil that's formulated for medium to thick tresses. Like the Olaplex oil, it doubles as a heat protectant and will help save your tresses from getting fried by both the sun and hot tools.

I love to spray it in my hair in the summer too, because it's got UV filters in it. 6. Dae Prickly Pear Hair Oil that'll strengthen and soften your strands, all while combatting breakage and keeping frizz to a minimum. Some reviewers also use it as a detangler on damp hair and say it works like a dream.

"My hair gets very dry and staticky in the winter, especially if I straighten it or curl it with a wand. My ends especially end up getting pretty wiry and frizzy, but ever since I started using this hair oil from Dae, those problems are a thing of the past! 7. Ouai Hair Oil if Jen Atkin is your dream hairstylist and you swear by everything she does. It'll leave you with a glossy-as-heck mane (and it smells like the brand's Rue St. Honoré perfume, which is absolutely fab, IMO).

Unsurprisingly, hydration has been a challenge since chopping off, like, half my hair and getting it back to its natural colour (I had been bleaching it blonde for a few years). Luckily, I found this stuff. It's lighter than any hair serum I've ever used and smells like a floral dream. Plus, it only takes a few pumps to get top-notch results, so a bottle will last you a while. If you have fine hair like me, I suggest applying less than you think you'd need or things can get greasy real quick.

8. And finally, Kérastase Elixir Ultime Hydrating Hair Oil Serum that hairstylists swear by for a reason. Reviewers say it detangles, fights frizz, and bumps up shine like none other, but you'll want to concentrate it on the ends to avoid weighing things down too much (because it's pretty heavy duty).

This is my most recent hair oil discovery, and boy, oh boy, do I love it. It smells like a salon (you know the scent I'm talking about) and I actually think it's repairing my tresses, too. It's super heavy-duty, so if you have fine hair, I suggest using it sparingly — you'll still get a glossy mane with, like, half a pump.
