How obsessed are you with your Fitbit?

Check all the scenarios that you're guilty off.

You won't leave the house without your Fitbit.

You've gotten irrationally upset when you forget your Fitbit.

You've checked your Fitbit at an inappropriate time (i.e. during an argument) just to see how your heart rate changes.

You've suddenly become super invested in your sleeping habits.

You've questioned the accuracy of your Fitbit.

You have shaken your Fitbit to see if it counts erratic motions as steps.

You've thought of cheating to get steps.

You've actually executed some sort of cheating to get steps.

Suddenly you are okay with parking very far away at the mall.

You find yourself wandering around stores aimlessly, just for the sake of getting steps.

You challenge yourself to see just how many steps you can get in one day, no matter what it takes.

You use breaks at work to take walks instead of checking the Internet.

You take the long way to a door, bathroom, etc., because why not?

You've looked at how many steps you had before an activity so you can see how many you have after.

You're proud of yourself when you hit your step goal without trying.

You wear your Fitbit when you go out at night because dancing = more steps!

You've taunted friends and family members on the app.

You've rejected a challenge invite because you didn't think you can win against your competition.

You've peer pressured a friend or relative into joining the Fitbit craze.

You've walked in place just to get extra steps.

You now pace while you're talking on the phone or texting.

You refuse to do any physical activity while your Fitbit is charging.

You check the Fitbit app daily.

You've felt guilty when you don't hit your step goal.

You'll find any excuse to walk, whether on the treadmill, around your neighborhood, or through the mall.

Taking the stairs is double the fun because your Fitbit measures steps AND stairs!

You've personalized your step goal, stride length, and other Fitbit settings.

You've used some variation of the sentence, "At least we'll get steps!"
