Over the past year, Julia has definitely become known for her NSFW looks, calling her outfits a "visual service" to the public.
"Sometimes the paparazzi get me and I look like shit, you know? If they're going to get me, I might as well make the best of it," she told People magazine. "I feel like I'm doing a service. I'm providing a service."
