This isn't the first time the singer has opened up about her struggle with back pain either. She previously suffered from two slipped discs.

She says she first slipped a disc as a teenager when she sneezed hard enough to do some serious damage and then hurt her back again in early 2021.

"I've been in pain with my back for, like, half of my life, really," Adele shared with The Face. "It flares up, normally due to stress or from a stupid bit of posture."
