This Real Estate Agent Went Above And Beyond With A NSFW House Listing That You Have To See To Understand

Well, that's one way to sell a house.

Tucked away between Highland Park and South Pasadena in Los Angeles sits this innocent 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for $1,285,000. The front is charming enough, but I was surprised to see Redfin's "Hot Home" tag, a growing view count past 6,000, and a warning that the house was expected to sell quickly. I know the housing market is kind of wild right now, but where were all of these eyes coming from?

I mean, the inside is nice, the property boasts over 2,000 square feet, and there's a super cute below-stair wine rack.

Honestly, if I had a million dollars to spend, this wine rack may have gotten me.

But people have to be looking at more than the kitchen, right?

The kitchen has an island and modern appliances

*Enter listing real estate agent David Ferrugio*

With a true knack for marketing, David showed off just how comfy you can be in the Monterey Hills home with a tongue-in-cheek Instagram post.

The man stands at the stove wearing nothing but an apron

He modeled the bedroom's cozy layout:

The guy is cozily wrapped up in the sheets

    The bathroom's artfully designed shower:

And the backyard that's perfectly designed to enjoy any lazy weekend:

"I'm always brainstorming new marketing tactics and honestly have fun pushing the limits," David told BuzzFeed. "This industry often has a lot of...people doing the same thing over and over, and it’s boring. [It's] a very competitive industry, [and], as an agent, I think it’s more important than ever to stand out...for my client's properties."

And what did his clients think of his pixelated cheeks running around the house?

"My clients are amazing," he said. "They're open-minded...and take chances that’ll put us in the best position to succeed. ...We had a brainstorming session to map out [the photo shoot], ensure it was a good idea, and ultimately we decided to do it."

Though there's no guarantee, a package deal including both David and the home is up for negotiation ;)

    Happy house hunting!
