India-Based Company Has Created The World's First Smart Shoe

There's nothing cooler than wearable tech.

Krispian Lawrence and Anirudh Sharma, business partners from India, have manufactured Lechal the world's very first smart shoe.

The shoe has interactive haptic technology, which allows your shoe to become a pedometer, calorie counter, and a GPS.

The GPS function works with the mobile app. Once you set a destination your shoes will vibrate when you are heading in the right direction. If you're at an intersection, whichever shoe vibrates—right or left—means that's the right way to turn.

Lechal will manufacture both insoles and shoes.

The bluetooth-enabled insoles fit in almost every shoe, are water proof, and support the arch of the foot.

The futuristic-looking shoes come in black and red.

Here's what the futuristic shoes will look like.
