Jake T. Austin Apparently Asked Nat Wolff To Take His Drug Test And Steal Set Furniture For Him, And I’m Gonna Need Someone To Go Check On Hollywood’s Children

"He owes me 'cause I did pee in a cup for him and I technically passed it."

Greetings, earthlings. If you're like me and watched Wizards of Waverly Place and The Naked Brothers Band growing up, boy, do I have the crossover story for you today.

Alright, let's get into it. Nat went onto The Zach Sang Show last week and had some rather interesting stories to share about his old-time New Years Eve costar and former high school peer, Jake T. Austin.

Nat said he had one memory of going to school together with Jake, which was when Jake asked him to pee in a cup for him because he was getting drug tested for his show. Nat said, "He owes me 'cause I did pee in a cup for him and I technically passed it."

Nat and host Zach are longtime friends, so the incident reminded Zach of another high school experience with Jake. Zach said, "I forgot that he went to that school and then he wanted to fight me one time at a party."

Nat replied, "He never tried to fight me, he was always really sweet to me." But then he continued to tell ANOTHER story about Jake. Apparently, Jake asked Nat to help him steal furniture from the set of The Fosters so he could furnish his house.

Nat said, "I was in LA, he was doing this show. ... But he was saying 'I need to get some furniture so I'm gonna steal some furniture off the set. Do you want to help me steal some furniture off the set?' And I said, 'That sounds illegal, and I'm not gonna do that.'"

Nat continued, "I remember one of my other friends did help him take like a desk or something, and he got caught trying to take [it]. He's like, 'They don't even use it! It's there for the whole year. I'll bring it back before the next season!' I'm like, 'Dude, I think you gotta get your own desk.' That's a true story."

Anyway, clips from the interview circulated on TikTok, and people were wondering if this was part of the reason Jake abruptly left his character on The Fosters.

Person commenting that maybe this was the reason Jake was replaced on the "The Fosters" which they say "ruined the character's good storylline"

In case you didn't watch the show, Jake played Jesus Adams Foster in Seasons 1–2 of the show, but he was replaced by Noah Centineo for Seasons 3–5.

Jake actually did come forward and say why he left the show. In a 2019 interview with Flaunt Magazine, he said at the time he fell into “the trap of being in Hollywood, running with the wrong crowd, making some bad choices and also not taking the work seriously.”

He said being recast “was probably the best thing that could have happened to me, because it prevented me from getting too big for my britches and really prevented my behavior from getting worse.”

I'm glad to hear that he got himself back on track.

As for Nat, he and his brother Alex Wolff released Table for Two earlier this month, which is their first studio album release in 12 years.

I don't know about you, but it's always interesting to me when celebrities publicly share stories about other celebrities. I feel like I'm being let in on a little secret I should not know. And there's...a lot going on here, so let me know your thoughts down below.
