Hence the registration fee will be deducted from the first payment made by the client & the balance amount shall be allocated to the Deposit accordingly.Villas shall only be assigned for booking only once proof of 50,000/- token deposit is provided to sales admin, preference shall be given on first come first serve basis and to the client with cheques.For the clients who have already given the expression of intrest and paid 50,000/- token the respective PC/dos should take confirmation from the client on the villa he is accepting before sending the request to sales admin to assign the villa against the the token paid by the client the email should include the recipt copy which the client has already paid. accordingly the unit shall be assigned for booking.
