If you are still looking for an end-of-the-year holiday to fit your non-religious beliefs, perhaps you can turn to this "anyhow, anytime" celebration. The only rule is there are no rules, because rules feel like religious or cultural beliefs imposed upon an unthinking society. Not the Humanist way.
