Retaining friends from childhood is hard. Often, if these friendships end, it's just from growing apart naturally during adulthood...but sometimes, it's a little more complicated than that.
So, I want to know the story of why you and your lifelong friend from childhood broke up.
Maybe as you and your friend grew up, there came a time when you were financially struggling while they were wealthy, and they would always make remarks about your situation that put you down.
Or maybe your friend from childhood had moved away years ago for college or a job opportunity, and you thought you guys were still best friends, until they flew back into town, for the wedding that you weren't invited to.
