1. Try an off-line activity, like doing a jigsaw puzzle.

2. Try out the ritual of morning pages.
3. Pick up a new skill, or brush up on an old one.

4. Make a schedule for how you'll ~ideally~ spend tomorrow.
5. Try living by the one-minute rule: If a task takes one minute to complete, do it straight away.

6. Wake up 30 minutes earlier than normal.
7. Spend some time reading a short book.
8. Block off one hour a day to get shit done at work.

9. Have lunch with a different person every day (or once a week/once a month!)
