Ingredients:

50ml Manchester Gin

35ml fresh lemon juice

25ml elderflower syrup

Fill a collins glass with ice and build your cocktail in the glass by adding all ingredients. top with soda and garnish with a slice of cucumber and edible flowers.

The Spicy Margarita

Cointreau US

THE SPICY MARGARITA

Ingredients:

30 ml Cointreau

50 ml Tequila

20 ml Fresh Lime Juice

2 slices Jalapeño

2 springs cilantro

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and add ice.

Shake and strain into an iced rocks glass.

Garnish with cilantro and jalapeño spiral.

35 ml The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve

15 ml Elderflower Cordial

100 ml Prosecco

Fill wine glass with ice, top prosecco and garnish with fresh peach slices and mint sprig

1 part Pimm's No. 1

3 parts lemonade

Mint, cucumber, oranges and strawberries

Fill a jug with plenty of ice, then add the liquids. Garnish with the fruit and herbs.

Can of lager (I like something like Moretti or Peroni)

Can of lemonade

Plenty of ice

Fill the glass with the beer, and add lemonade to taste.

- 150ml Ginger ale

- 5ml sugar syrup - not crucial

- 3 dashes angostura bitters

- 2 Lime wedge squeezed

Built in the glass over ice.
