A decent hairdryer is worth investing in – if you take care of it, it should last for a long time. I last bought a hairdryer four years ago, and it's still holding up, despite daily use. In terms of which to choose, it depends on your hair type, but this Wazor model has loads of five-star reviews, comes with a two-year warranty, and is currently on sale.

IDK, maybe chipped nail varnish doesn't bother you – but it drives me up the wall. More than once, I've hopped around the house, running late, trying to find nail varnish remover before I go to work. Anyway, this brand is peel-off, meaning you could even remove it as you wait for the bus (sorry if that grosses you out).
