TURKEY! The staple of Thanksgiving. Or, if you're not a meat-eater, Tofurkey, perhaps? Whatever it is, it's the centerpiece of the meal and it's damn good.

I mean, who DOESN'T get thirds when it comes to stuffing? For one day, we can forget about the woes of carbs and just shovel gravy-soaked bread into our mouths, and that's beautiful.

It's all been leading up to this: all the pumpkin flavored foods and drinks you've had since approximately September. Now it's time for the real thing: PUMPKIN PIE. Take a slice out of that heavenly disc and soon you'll understand what the month of November is all about.

People really don't talk about S.P.C. enough, don't you think? It's not just potatoes, my friend; it's SWEET potatoes. But you know that, because it's your favorite. When you see that thing come out of the oven, marshmallows slightly toasted on top, you're in love.

Mashed potatoes: so simple, but so good! You can make them so many ways: with garlic, cheese, WHATEVER! It doesn't matter, they're always delicious!

Ohhhhh, apple pie: the American dream. Some people like it with cheese; some with ice cream, but try to find a single person who doesn't like it at all! You probably can't. You're crazy about apple pie because and you are justified in being so, my friend.

Don't be fooled by their simplicity; green beans add so much sophistication to the Thanksgiving meal, and you really appreciate this. Add some butter and almonds, perhaps? Just a thought, it's up to you. You're the green beans connoisseur, after all.
