If you're a people-pleaser, it might be hard to say no to others, even when you want to. But it's important to put your needs first in order to take care of yourself! If you're not up to going to that party with your friends, don't sweat it. You'll get over the FOMO and most likely thank yourself later.

2. Organize your space.

A clean, organized environment brings positive vibes to your space, and is likely to make you more productive, too. Putting items back where they belong and making your bed may seem like daunting tasks, but feel so good to accomplish.
