This Photographer Has Captured Candid Moments In The Lives Of Famous Artists Throughout History

The series captures a single moment in time from the perspectives of ten great artists.

Photographer Dan Bannino has traveled over 4,000 miles on a three-month journey throughout Europe for his latest project, The Eye of the Artist: Unknown Stories.

The series offers a backstage glimpse into the lives, artistic techniques, and some little-known intimate moments of ten influential artists from their own perspectives.

Bannino's statement on his work: "With this series I've recreated ten old masters' surprising, funny and unthinkable anecdotes as seen from the artists' point of view, allowing us to witness with their own eyes as if we could record that particular moment with one single snap."
