Here's a hint: my life is one big embarrassment.

How Many Of These Embarrassing Things Really Happened To Me?

Ugh. It was real. Oh, so real.

In 8th grade, while rehearsing for my school's production of _Grease_, I was swing dancing and my skirt fell down, exposing my American Eagle brand underwear to everyone onstage.

Cake comes first, even if the professor hates you for it.

I ate that cake.

I once ate a giant piece of chocolate cake from a tupperware container in one of my smaller college classes.

This was/is still extremely embarrassing.

Guilty.

I once accidentally called a boyfriend's parents in the middle of the night instead of him.

This occurred.

When I first got my driver's permit and was driving to a soccer game, I swerved to avoid what I thought was a cat (it was a sandbag, and was visible in plain sight, and wasn't in the road).

Oh, it's real, all right.

In the early days of AIM, I wasn't getting enough messages so I would sign on and off repeatedly, or IM someone and just say "Whatever." and sign off.

This happened, or so I'm told.

I went to a classmate's high school graduation party and got so drunk off of Smirnoff Ice that I eventually fell into a canoe full of ice and beer, and then everyone suddenly left and I had to wait around with the kid's mom, wasted, for my sisters to pick me up.

This happened.

When I was in my late teens or early 20s, my mom paged me at the mall because she couldn't find me.

This happened and it sucked!

During a high school soccer game, I was playing forward and charging toward the goal. I was very close and could have shot. Everyone was cheering. Then, and I can't stress this enough, I tripped on THIN AIR, and the other team got the ball.

Yep.

When I was in elementary school, I left a carton of chocolate milk in my locker for days upon days, legitimately not realizing it'd be a problem. People started complaining of a smell, and I ignored it until I either finally fessed up or someone found out (I can't even remember).

Sadly, this happened.

I absentmindedly put an electric teapot ON THE STOVE to heat up. The plastic bottom melted all over the burner and floor. This was fairly recently.

I honestly don't know what I was thinking, which I could say for a lot of these.

This happened!

When Furbys first came out, my aunt got me one. I put it in the microwave because I thought it would react similarly to when I put it in the fridge. Needless to say, it did not.

By now, you have probably realized that I HAVE DONE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE STUPID AND EMBARRASSING THINGS. But that just means I can't be embarrassed anymore...for the most part.
