Better get started with the day! Hmm, let's see. You need to make Colton's breakfast. What was it again?

Great! Colton wolfs those eggs down like nobody's business. Now...wasn't there something Colton had to do today?

You pride yourself on your delicious scrambled eggs and toast, so you're proud when you serve it to Colton. He chomps down on it like he hasn't eaten in weeks. Suddenly though, he looks concerned. "Is this bread gluten-free?" You're stricken with horror. COLTON HAS A GLUTEN ALLERGY! GET THE EPI-PEN! Luckily, Colton is wearing his Epi-Pen like a necklace so you're able to rescue him very quickly, but you still have to call his mom and tell her you royally effed up.

Nice! The three of you have a lovely little walk and the dog does her business. You return home. Colton asks if he can use the computer.

You walk around the house looking for the dog food until eventually you find it. You're annoyed that Colton's mom didn't put it where you could have more easily discovered it. You find a random Tupperware dish and put the dog food in it. The dog runs up to the dish and finishes the food in record time. You feel very responsible – that is, until Colton walks in and tells you the dog has already eaten from the automatic feeder, and you've just given her an extra meal. There's no way Colton won't tell his mom about this the second she gets home!

"You're grounded from the computer, remember?" you say to Colton. Of course he remembers, he's just trying to get away with it while his mom is gone. Oh – it's time to make lunch already! What was Colton supposed to have for lunch??

Colton looks surprised. "...Really?" he asks, but before you can go back on your word, he runs to the den and starts surfing the web. Then it hits you: the note said Colton is grounded from using the computer! His mom is going to see his search history, or he'll tell her, or...something! UGH!

You make Colton soup and a hearty sandwich. At first, it looks like he's enjoying it, but soon he has a funny look on his face. "Is this bread gluten-free?" You're suddenly stricken with horror. Wonderful. After lunch, Colton tries to get on the computer again. You basically have to beg him to sit with you in the living room instead. Then you remember...wasn't there something else you were supposed to do with Colton today?

"Colton, it's time to work on your science homework," you say. He protests, but you insist. He barely pays any attention the whole time. After an hour of going through the homework, he reveals to you that it's the math homework his mom actually wanted you to work on with him. Great! Guess who isn't getting paid today!
