    FDA May Approve Drug to Reduce Risk of HIV in High Risk Candidates

    Good news for people who don’t care a great deal about their health. The FDA is close to approving an anti-retroviral drug, which when taken daily will greatly decrease the risk of contracting HIV.

    The drug is aimed at people who are HIV-, specifically people who have a high risk of becoming infected, such as gay men with multiple partners who do not use condoms consistently, prostitutes and people in relationships with someone who is HIV+.
