Let's start with the basics. How many layers are you stacking?

Let's give it some buttons. Which are we using?

They are a bit chilly, choose a scarf.

Design the face. Which nose do you want?

Which facial expression does your snowman have?

Which sticks are you using for the arms?

Which eyes are you picking?

And lastly, pick a hat to top it all off!

You often find yourself thinking that in order to feel complete you have to achieve something, which is beyond your control. Although it is good to have goals, basing your worth and happiness on things which are not achievable will just end in disappointment. You should try to think about all the things which you have already achieved in life and be proud of how far you have come!

Even though you try to not, you sometimes find yourself overthinking the things you have said or done around people. The truth is we can often be our own biggest hater and think our internal insecurities are what others think of us. In reality, nobody is thinking about you the way you are worried about. Just live your life the way you want — who cares what others think!

Sometimes you might start believing that everything that happens to you is out of your control. Although we can't control everything, we can control the way react to things. Being responsible for our actions and making the most of bad situations is all part of life and we are all capable of learning and growing. It might take time, but you can change your future and be the reason you accomplish all of your goals.

You base a lot of the things you do around trying to impress others. You want to always make a good impression and make a conscious effort to always do or say the right thing. The truth is, we will all naturally have people that we get along with and people that we don't. Try not to waste energy on people who won't appreciate you for the amazing person you are!
