    Youtube Lays Some Smackdown On Viacom

    Youtube bared its teeth today at Viacom, the media giant who has an ongoing $1 billion lawsuit on against them.

    They charge that even as Viacom was making their threats, they had hired multiple marketing agencies to "rough up" videos of shows like The Daily Show and The Colbert Report and post them to the site from Kinko's computers. It's a cyberdrama!
