    There are going to be Halloween events going on in your own neighborhood. Check out these places social medias, look up key words in the twitter search such as "free food Halloween" or "costume dress up discount", and also it doesn't hurt to just call and ask! Many places will give free food (especially to kids, sometimes with the purchase of an adult entree or meal) to costumed families. Best of luck and stay safe
