    1 lbs. ground beef

    2 large sausage

    2 cans mixed beans

    2 cups of green beans

    2 sweet peppers

    1 crisp can corn

    6 cloves garlic

    1 white onion

    1 sweet sauce

    optional: maple syrup

    spices: chili, cayenne. cumin, turmeric
