If Ron Paul gets nominated by the GOP, he will get the votes of the Libertarian Party, Constitution Party, Independent voters, and some democrats backing him. If Romney gets nominated, he will not get the 3rd party votes nor the independent and democrat vote resulting in a second term for Obama. Think about it…

I think Paul would do better if he ran as an independent. This way he appeal to the moderates and won't be tied down to party lines when he is inevitably elected. Then he can really save America and the US Constitution from such evil forces as Socialism, the FED, big Business, and Foreign interests.

So basically we went from Obama maniacs to Ron Paul fanatics? Can we move on from the messiah complex? Props to Walter14 on the Nader comment. Some good ideas and some NEEDED ideas are in there, but wrapped in a whole mess of crazy.

I am for everything Ron Paul stands for except for his foreign policy. Romney came right out and said in one of his speeches that he was a progressive so I knew to cross him off the list. Also the left really wants him to go up against Obama as we can see how much the media is really pushing for his election. Anything the media wants is a sure sign that it is not what the people want. I was leaning toward Gingrich, for a time, until I learned he was a progressive, also. Out of the three candidates, Ron Paul seems to be the one that will get America back on its feet, economically, constitutionally, and honorably.

I'm for everything Ron Paul stands for except for his foreign policy. Mitt Romney is a progressive and he came right out and said so in one of his speeches. That's all I had to hear to know that he is not the candidate for me. I believe the left wants to go against Romney as the media is pushing so hard in his direction to get him elected. Whatever the media wants is a sure sign that it is not what the people want. As for Gingrich, I was leaning his way for a time until I found out he was a progressive, all so. Of the three candidates, Ron Paul is the choice to get America back to being great again.

Lets see… In an open primary where democrats who didn't have a primary to vote in crossed over in droves to vote for leftwing candidates like Mitt, Huntsman and Ron Paul…. pfft, I think I'll wait to see what happens in South Carolina, they usually choose the nominee.

The Woody Allen look-alike Ron Paul is the one who needs to drop out . Both he and Romney are racists . Romney beleives black people are indwelt by pre-existant evil spirits. Ron Paul is anti-God , anti-Israel , anti-black, anti-USA

Paul's campaign get more than twice the donations of our service members than ALL OTHER Republican candidates COMBINED! He should do meet n greet at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, SC. The Marines would give him a tremendous welcome!!

For Christ's Sake! we are all human beings, there is no different between us. you are just stupid and closed mind and think what u know is what god wants, that is a mistake go read the bible again. We are Human Beings, Children of God, Never Judge Anyone. Some will disagree but thats what i believe.

Dr. Paul will likely be our last chance to make a genuine change. The Republicratics are offering us the Obama/Romney ticket, the status quo, more of the same.  The powers that be are doing their level best to maintain the illusion of freedom by offering up their carefully orchestrated puppets. I often think about JFKennedy who said “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”  Every year, regardless of the party in power, we loose our freedoms, bit by bit, in small insignificant ways easily dismissed as pedantic but when viewed as a function over time, the trend is to a fascist police state. This trend has to end at some point so I'm voting for peaceful Revolution…. before it's too late.

The major media is simply a board snap shot of local news and gov. propaganda…they do not report on whats happening domesticall and globally…puppet news…

Ron Paul simply says that any war must be a declared war, by Congress. That's what the Constitution says, too, oddly enough. Besides, there's no money in nuking the US. Regardless of what you have been told, war is about power and money (resources). Iran wants nukes so that they can get more free power to bargain with, just like NK, so they can coerce the rest of the world into giving them resources without having to substantially pay for them.

I always liked Rand Paul but I am starting to worry that his beyond bonkers dad is going to ruin his political career as well. I think Rand Paul has a very bright future but his dad might end up being the anchor around his neck. Ron Paul is like the crazy uncle that you only bring out at Christmas time after everyone is drunk!
