UPDATE: The video is back up.
A spokesperson for YouTube told BuzzFeed that the video was flagged by a member of the YouTube community and it was removed pending review, per official policy. YouTube's moderators found nothing wrong with the video, and put it back up.
Cain's email to supporters:
