evilito 3 months agoI think it would be effective for Bloomberg’s group (or any other group advocating more sensible gun regulations) to make it clear to the public that the NRA is not primarily concerned with the rights of American gun owners. Their primary concern is that the gun industry rakes money hand over fist - they’re basically THE lobbying arm of the gun industry. And they’re cynically using the defense of gun owners’ rights to make sure there is absolutely no regulations in place that would affect the gun industry’s revenues.
